Bagaimanapun ,lelaki berkenaan sempat
di selamatkan dan di bawa keluar  dari air
untukdiberi rawatan dan keadaannya di lapor

Menrut pegawai Hou Kunshan yang menemui
lelaki terbabit,dia mengesyaki sesuatu tidak kena
apabila melihat seorang lelaki terapong dengan
muka mengadap ke bawa air,

Selapas keadaan lelaki terbabit reda,polis
menyoal mengapa dia sanggup berbuat
demikian,

Lelaki itu menjawab,"saya tidak gembira
dengan perkahwinan yang di rancang oleh
keluarga kerana wajah wanita itu hodoh,

dunia  beberapa hari kemudian akibat
kecederaannya,

Efimove ditahan sejurus selepas meninggal

Government forces in India Kashmir
on Saturday killed two suspected rebels,
a day after two other militants were shot
dead in a gun battle with police,

Muslim majority state since the ruing Hindu
nationalist Bharatiya Janta Party took power
this month in a coalition government,

Army sources ,however ,could not confirm
whether the rebels involved in Friday 's incident
were in the same group as those killed on Saturday,

Pakistan authorities on Saturday released
57 Indian fishing boats held for nearly a year
as a goodwill  gesture following a visit by
New Delhi's top diplomat to Islamabad
this month,


The boats which were being held by the
Pakistan Maritime Security Agency were
towed to the two countries maritime border
before being taken over by Indian authorities,
Pakistan foreign ministry said in a statement,

As a goodwill gesture,the government of
Pakistan decided to release 57 Indian fishing boats
the ministry said in a statement,

Fishermen are frequently arrested along
with their boats by both India and Pakistan,
asthe maritime border in the Arabian Sea
is poor defined,and many fishing boats lack
the technology needed to be certain of  their
precise location,

The fishermen often languish in jail even after
serving their terms due to poor diplomatic ties
between the arch-rivals which mean fulfilling
official requirements can take a long time,

Relation between the two countries have always
been fraught,but recent  talks between the two
countries during  Indian Foreign Secretary
Subrahamanyam visit to Islamabad were hailed
as"positive and constructive"AFP

Police in Kasama in Zambia's Northern
Province have arrested a witch doctor
who found with body parts of a baby,

The witch doctor was found with two
legs ,a head and two hands at Chinakila
village in Mpulungu by members of the
general public ,who reported the matter
to the police,

Police only managed to apprehend the
witch doctor on March  10 in Mpika district
,as he attempted to flee to Lusaka,

Police Spokesperson Munganga Chanda
has confirmed the matter,saying the respective
body parts are suspected to be those of
a two  year old child,who died on Feb,11'2015

Chanda said the witch doctor ,identified as
Justwell Mazimba ,32 was among three
people who were arrested in connection with
the matter,

She also disclosed that investigations led
to the arrest of Bornface Siulapwa,aged
52,and Kennedy Mwande ,aged32 ,both
of Mpulungu,who are believed to have
helped the doctor exhume the child's
body from a cementery,

Chanda explained that an exhumation
confirmed the missing body parts from
the baby,The three have been charged
with trespass on burial places and will
appear in court soon Investigations into the matter
are still on going,

A man perished in flames while his  pet dog
watched and whined forlornly at the burning
house unable to rescue his  master,

The victim's long time friend,who rushed to
the scene upon learning of the fire,saw the
distressed dog running in the circles around
the wooden stilt house at Jalan Cecily early
yesterday morning,

Wong Wing Sue 53 had seven other siblings
but lived  alone in the family house,
His friend Fung KamFai  quickly informed
the rest of the family  after firemen located
the charred remains in the living room,

Three fire engines with 10  personnel were

of the blaze at 426 am
